Dave, Francey and Parrish learned the moving industry from the ground up. In 1995 we were introduced to a moving franchise & spent the next 16 years absorbing everything about moving and more importantly – the values of customer service. We personally spent time packing houses, loading trucks, time with the customers, and time learning the business…..a lot of late nights and long weekends. We rode the highs of the housing boom and stayed lean during the economic downturns. We have moved small apartments and 10,000 square foot homes. And everything in between.
Jane joined our team in 2005. Her attention to detail and analytical skills helped us venture further into our commercial business and increase our interstate business. We have moved to Florida, New York and Montana….more often to Oklahoma and Arkansas.
We are respectful and appreciative of all the relationships we have groomed over the years with both customers and employees.
In 2011 our team was given the opportunity to step away from the franchise umbrella and continue operating our moving company. We jumped at the chance and have not looked back. We know we have the support of over 30,000 previous customers that we have shared tears and laughter with. Don’t get Francey started with “moving stories”.
We are very proud you came to our website – launched February 10, 2012. Please cruise around and continue to come back. Please give us feedback.
Coming soon will be stories about each of our moms. In the rough, tough, world of moving….we each carry the values and love from our moms. That’s why one of the first things we did with our New Name…was to put our mother’s name on the driver’s door of our big moving trucks. We think it is great karma & sexy for our drivers !!!!
People move into their 1st apartment. They move into Gated Communities. Sometimes they need the piano moved across the room. Sometimes they just liked their neighbor’s house better. People are not as nimble as they used to be – but the holiday decorations are in the attic.
People move because they get married. They get a new job. They get a better job. Sometimes the job did not work as planned. The kids moved out. And yes – the kids move back. Sometimes people can no longer live alone and want a watchful eye nearby. Some people really….really…really can no longer stand the Hot Summers!!
We know every move is different and every customer is different. Furniture can look the same but each piece has a different story. A wicker stool from grandma can mean more than a new oversized armoire. Sometimes the remote control is more valuable than a watch. What we have learned over the years is that furniture is not just wood and nails – but memories and a story. Our team appreciates those stories. Oh…and treadmills are mostly used to hang clothing…
nowing that we have movers that have worked with us over 10 years means they must be pretty good. We have seen our guys get married & have kids. We have helped them buy a house. We have welcomed them back to our family if they needed to leave for a while. Our crew looks out after each other. They are a team.
