We appreciate your interest in our services!
As founder and president of Starving Artists Movers, this is my chance to thank you for considering our services, and to give you an idea of the standards we use to deliver what we promise.
What we promise is this:
You will be moved safely and efficiently,
at a price that’s fair,
with a minimum of surprises,
leaving you feeling good about the move.
We work very hard to fulfill this promise. In fact, it's also our company product and is therefore at the core of our day-to-day operations as well as our long-term planning.
It starts by hiring and training good people. Each of our crew members is trained on safe moving procedures before they're allowed on any move. Our training continues until we're satisfied that each crew member is up to our standards of courtesy, professionalism, and -- most importantly -- a demonstrated ability to continuously deliver safe and efficient moves.
At the end of every move, our foremen give our customers a pre-stamped "feedback card", which is one of the tools we use to track performance.
When you contact us you’ll likely be communicating with Mike (the Company President), Rachele (the General Manager), Chris (the Operations Manager), Meghan (Office Administrator), Dave (the Sales and Marketing Manager) or Paula (HR Assistant & Cutomer Service Rep). These folks wear a lot of hats, they're mature, good-natured, communicate well, they know the ins-and-outs of a safe and efficient move, and they'll jump through hoops to help every move go smoothly. Moving isn't always an easy chore, so if there are surprises, these are the people behind the scenes, doing what's needed to minimize the rough spots.
Thank you again for considering Starving Artists Movers. We look forward to making you a satisfied customer.
